Preparing your home to appeal to the widest pool of buyers is much more than just re-arranging furniture. I provide a free initial one-hour consultation with a staging professional for each listing. We will work together to determine the level of staging your home may need. This may include rearranging your current furniture or you may require some additional staging to make your home shine and sell.

That is where professional photography comes in! Buyers are turned off by dingy and dark rooms. They need to be inspired by your property enough to get them to come for a visit. To enhance the exposure of your home, I create an online photo gallery of your home, showcasing all the best features, both inside and out. Detailed descriptions further catch a potential buyer’s attention to your home.

Open houses allow agents and the public the opportunity to get that sense of the home that’s only possible via a live visit. We may even want to talk about a ‘neighbors only’ open house, since your neighbors often know friends, family, or colleagues who would want to be in the area. We will work together to determine an open house schedule that will generate buyer traffic!
